A man is due to appear in court after cannabis worth almost £400,000 was seized as part of an operation carried out at two addresses in Tayside.
Officers executed drugs search warrants at two rural properties near Lundie in Dundee during the morning of Wednesday, October 18 where £375,000 worth of the class B was discovered.
A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery. He is due to appear at Forfar Sheriff Court on Thursday, October 19.
Acting detective sergeant Luke Doogan said: “This is a significant recovery and underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
“Action such as this is built on intelligence from our communities who do not tolerate the trade in illegal drugs.“
