A man is fighting for his life in hospital after a crash on a busy motorway in Perthshire.
Police are investigating the incident, which happened on the M90 near Bridge of Earn and involved a red Peugeot 306 around 8.35pm on Tuesday.
Emergency services attended and a 28-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, where his condition is described as critical.
Inspector Greg Burns said: “A man has sustained serious injuries and we are appealing to anyone who may have any information relating to this crash.
“The M90 is a busy road and I would ask those who may have dashcam footage of the area to get in contact with officers.”
