Google MapsAn investigation has been launched after a man was found dead in an Aberdeen flat block on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to Seamount Court near to the North East Scotland College building at around 4.50pm.
Detectives are treating the death as unexplained.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 4.50pm on Sunday, February 1, 2026, we received a report of the death of a man at Seamount Court, Aberdeen.
“The death is being treated as unexplained.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
