Adobe StockA man has been found dead inside a home in Aberdeen.
Emergency services were called to the Northfield area of the city at around 5.45am on Wednesday after they were made aware of the discovery.
Detectives are not treating the death as suspicious.
A report is due to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.45am on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, we were made aware of the death of a man at a property in the Northfield area of Aberdeen.
“The death is not believed to be suspicious, and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.”
