A Dundee man accused of murdering a woman and her two-year-old daughter has returned to court.
Andrew Innes, 50, is alleged to have used a hammer to murder 25-year-old Bennylyn Burke.
He has also been accused of murdering toddler Jellica Burke by “means unknown”.
It’s alleged both murders took place at a property in Troon Avenue, Dundee, between February 17 and March 5.
Innes made no plea when he appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court earlier this month.
He once again made no plea when his case called for a second time on Tuesday.
Innes was remanded in custody pending a further court date.
