A man remains in a critical condition in hospital after serious crash between a car and a bus in Aberdeen.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Sunday around 7.40pm when a 37-year-old man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Medics describe his condition as critical while a 42-year-old female passenger of a the car was also taken to the hospital and later discharged.
A male passenger on the bus was also treated for injuries at the scene.
The incident occurred on the A92 between the roundabout junctions of Fairview Road and Gordon Brae.
Police closed the road for around eight hours while investigations were carried out.
It later reopened around 3.30am on Monday.
Sergeant Sarah Ritchie of the North East Road Policing said “Our enquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing and we are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash or who has any information to contact us.
“I would also appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have dash-cam footage which could assist to get in touch.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 3217 of April 30, 2023.”
