A man was taken to hospital following an “industrial accident” at a Broughty Ferry primary school.
The incident occurred at Forthill Primary School on Monday morning.
Emergency services attended and a 58-year-old man was transported via ambulance to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.40am on Monday, April 4, police attended after receiving a report of an industrial accident on the grounds of Forthill Primary School.
“A 58-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital.
“No further police action was required.”
Dundee City Council said it is now assisting Police Scotland and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) with their investigations.
A spokesperson for the Health and Safety Executive added: “HSE has been made aware of the incident and will consider what action to take when further information has been provided by the police and local authority.”
