Police say “extensive damage” has been done to a mobile library after it was broken in to in Perth.
Officers are appealing for information after the break in on York Place which took place between 4pm on Monday, July 29 and 8.30am on Tuesday, July 30.
Police said the damage caused to the vehicle would have a “significant impact” on the local community.
Police Constable Victoria McShane, of the Perth Local Policing Team, said: “The damage caused to the vehicle will undoubtedly have a significant impact on our local community and it is important we trace the person or persons responsible.
“I would urge anyone with information that could help with our enquiries to contact us via 101, quoting incident number 0775 of July 30, 2024.”
