A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital following a four-vehicle collision in Aberdeen.
The crash occurred around 1.30pm on Friday on Skene Road and involved three cars and a motorbike.
A 51-year-old man who was driving the motorbike was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary following the crash, where his condition is described as stable.
No-one else was hurt following the crash and the road was closed for around two and a half hours.
A 41-year-old man has been charged in connection with road traffic offences and will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.
Inspector Tony McCullie said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this crash and has not already spoken to officers to come forward.
“I would also urge anyone with dashcam footage who was in the area around the time of the crash to get in touch.”
