A man has appeared in court charged with murder after a man was stabbed to death in Aberdeen.
Jacek Dembinski, from Aberdeen, was found with serious injuries outside Rosehill Court around 4.30pm on Tuesday.
The 44-year-old is understood to have suffered stab wounds and was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment where he died on Thursday.
On Thursday, a 43-year-old man appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court accused of murder.
Dawid Majewicz, of Aberdeen, made no plea was remanded in custody and is due to appear again within eight days.
Following his death, Mr Dembinski’s family released a statement via Police Scotland saying: “Jacek was a much loved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and step-father.
“He will be greatly missed by all. We ask for our privacy as a family to be respected at this difficult time.”
