A man has been left injured after three people were attacked in Dundee.
The 20-year-old victim was with two women aged 18 and 19 when they were assaulted by four teenagers near a Lidl supermarket on West Marketgait’s South Ward Road.
Emergency services attended the scene at around 10.50pm last Sunday and he was taken to Ninewells hospital for treatment.
Police were also in attendance and officers are now appealing for information as they bid to catch the people responsible.
The four suspects, two males and two females, are all described as being white and being aged between 16 and 18 years old.
The first male is described as being around 6ft with a skinny build and short dark hair.
At the time of the incident he was wearing a grey or black tracksuit.
The second male suspect is described as being 5ft9 with a skinny build.
He was wearing a black baseball cap and all black clothing.
The first female suspect is described as being around 5ft6 with a skinny build and bleached blonde hair with brown roots in a ponytail.
She was wearing all black and was walking a pitbull style dog.
The second female is described as being around 5ft4 with a chubby build and long dyed black hair.
She was wearing black cycling shorts and a pink or purple top.
Constable Andrew Weir, of Dundee West Bell Street Police Station, said: “These attacks have been completely unprovoked and our enquiries are ongoing to trace those responsible.
“I urge anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information about the suspects to please contact officers.
“I am also appealing to motorists with dash cams, who were in the area around the time of the incident, to check their footage, they may have unknowingly captured images which would assist our investigation.”
