Plans to build holiday units along with a sauna and golf simulator in Kirkcaldy have been lodged with Fife Council.
The Ravie Retreats Ltd have applied for permission to change the use of garden ground to tourism accommodation.
They want to put three holiday pods with hot tubs on the land at Thornton Road along with two container units housing a sauna and a golf simulator.
A planning statement explained that there are already two holiday pods at the site.
It added: “It is anticipated, subject to planning, that the golf simulator and sauna units will be shared facilities along with the two existing holiday properties.
“The two existing holiday properties have been popular with visitors, reaching over 75% occupancy levels since opening in 2023.
“The new proposal seeks to expand the provision of accommodation and widen the leisure facilities available.”
