Police are appealing for information after a brick was thrown through a car window with the driver inside.
The incident took place outside Dino’s takeaway on Dundee’s Brownhill Road at around 5.45pm last Wednesday.
A man initially approached the car and spoke with the driver before another threw the brick and smashed one of the windows.
Officers investigating the incident have released a description of the pair involved and they are also wanting to speak to another two men who were nearby.
The first man, who was on a bike, is described as white and about 6ft with dark hair and a beard.
At the time of the incident he was wearing black hoodie with the hood up and dark jogger bottoms.
The second is described as wearing dark clothing with his face covered and hood up.
Two others were wearing face coverings.
After the incident three of the men made off in the direction of Balgarthno Place with another making off towards Balgarthno Road.
Constable Barrie from Lochee Police Office said “I would appeal for anyone with information that can assist our enquiries to contact police on 101.”
