Police ScotlandA police dog that went missing after running off following a seizure has been found.
PD Kilo was being exercised by staff at the kennels near Cairnie around 6pm on Monday when he became unwell with an apparent seizure. When he came round, he ran off.
The black-and-white four-year-old Spaniel was seen by a member of the public around 10.30am on Tuesday.
Police issued an appeal for help from the public to trace Kilo, who they feared could be injured.
The force confirmed on Wednesday afternoon that the dog had been found safe.
