Police seal off road near retail park after man found injured at property

A man has been taken to hospital after being found injured at a property in Aberdeen.

Emergency services were called to Bedford Road, near to Kittybrewster Retail Park, around 2.40pm on Saturday afternoon.

Officers sealed off the road and a number of police vans were spotted at the scene, alongside an ambulance.

An injured man was taken to hospital. His condition is currently unknown.

Police said enquiries into the incident remain ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.40pm on Saturday, August 1, 2026, officers received a report of a man having been injured within an address on Bedford Road, Aberdeen.

“The man was taken to hospital for treatment.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
