An investigation has been launched after a woman was sexually assaulted in Aberdeen.
Police were called to reports of the attack on a 32-year-old woman in the city’s St Clement Street area at around 2.20am on Sunday.
Officers said enquiries into the incident were ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report relating to the serious sexual assault of a 32-year-old woman in the St Clement Street area of Aberdeen around 2.20am on Sunday, May 15.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and a police presence is currently being maintained in the area.”
