A renewed appeal has been made in the search for an Aberdeenshire man who has been missing for nearly three weeks.
Kevin Campbell, 29, was last seen on Montrose’s High Street on October 1, before disappearing.
Kevin is described as white, 5ft 8in, of medium build, with short brown hair and a beard.
He was last seen wearing a black short-sleeved t-shirt, black trousers and black trainers.
Police said he is usually in daily contact with his family, so his extended disappearance has proven very concerning.
Sergeant Paul Kenny, Police Scotland, said: “It’s almost three weeks now since Kevin was last seen. He is usually in daily contact with his family and for him not to have been in touch for so long now is very concerning for his family and police.
“Although he’s from Stonehaven, he regularly visits Montrose where he has friends, however, no one has seen or heard from him since the beginning of this month.
“We are keen to hear from anyone who may know where he is or who has seen him in the last two to three weeks. If you have any information, please call police via 101 quoting reference number 1979 of Wednesday, October 5.
“We’d also appeal to Kevin himself to return home or get in touch with family. Everyone just wants to make sure he is safe and well.”
