Richard Ashcroft has enjoyed the sights of a popular tourist destination featured on Outlander during his run of gigs with Oasis.
The former Verve frontman took to the stage before brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher played sold-out shows in Edinburgh on Friday and Saturday.
The Mancunian duo are to play their final Murrayfield show on Tuesday, with 70,000 fans expected to turn out.
Ashcroft shared an image of himself on Monday visiting Culross in Fife – a town which has featured heavily in the drama series Outlander.
The 53-year-old paid a visit to the Red Lion Inn, which dates back to the 17th century.
He posted on Instagram: “Great time in Culross, Fife, looking forward to tomorrow, and if you can’t make that, come and see me at the Glasgow Hydro next year, love it up here, great country, good people.”
He is due to perform at the Hydro in March next year as part of a UK tour.
The Oasis concerts have been a landmark moment for fans, marking the first time Liam and Noel have performed together in Scotland since the band split in 2009.
Figures show that the gigs will generate a total of £124m in spending within Edinburgh’s economy.
Police have hailed the weekend as a success. On Friday, there were three arrests for minor disorder, and on Saturday, there were no arrests.
A major operation has been in place with officers deploying helicopters and drones to monitor the crowds and ensure public safety from the skies.
