A road will be closed in Aberdeenshire for ten days to allow for further investigation after a fire broke out at a house.
Emergency services were called to the blaze near Harbour Road in Gardenstown shortly before 5am on Thursday.
Four fire engines were sent to the scene.
A woman, who was within the building at the time of the blaze, remains unaccounted for.


A man was taken by ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. His condition is currently unknown.
Officers say emergency services remain on the scene, and a joint investigation is being carried out with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
Aberdeenshire Council confirmed that Harbour Road will be closed for ten days from Monday after a request from Police Scotland.
Access will be provided for emergency vehicles and those requiring access to properties, but may be subject to delay.
