Firefighters in Aberdeen have tackled a blaze overnight which broke out at an office building in the city centre.
More than 30 firefighters were called to Albyn Place at around 9.30pm on Tuesday evening.
Six appliances were sent to the scene at the height of the fire.
At 11.30pm, the roof of the building partially collapsed, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said.
The fire was extinguished shortly after 5.30am on Wednesday morning with fire crews leaving the scene before 7.30am.
No one was injured as a result of the blaze which was understood to have broken out in an unoccupied building.
Police advised that the road remains closed from Queen’s Roundabout to traffic and motorists are advised to find an alternative route.
