Seven children charged after two injured in attack

Seven children have been charged after a man and a boy were found injured in Aberdeenshire.

The assault took place on Station Road in Ellon at around 5.50pm on Tuesday, March 17.

Emergency services confirmed a 17-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man were taken to hospital to treat their injuries.

Their current condition is unknown.

Police said that all seven youths will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Constable Daniel Makuch, from Peterhead Community Investigation Unit, said: “We would like to thank those in the community who assisted with our investigation.”
