A suspect has been charged in connection with the alleged stabbing of a man in a home in Perth on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to a report of an assault at a property on Cluny Terrace around 8.35am on Sunday.
A 32-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment following the attack.
Officers have charged a 33-year-old man in connection with the incident. He was due to appear at Perth Sheriff Court on Monday.
A report is due to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.35am on Sunday, June 7, 2026, we were called to a report of an assault within a property on Cluny Terrace, Perth.
“A 32-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital.
“A 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged and was due to appear at Perth Sheriff Court on Monday, June 8, 2026.
“A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
