A teenager has been charged after two men were seriously assaulted in Aberdeen city centre.
Emergency services were called to Bon Accord Square shortly after 3am in the early hours of Sunday morning.
A 20-year-old man and an 18-year-old man were taken to hospital having suffered serious injuries.
STV NewsA 16-year-old boy has now been charged in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Enquiries into the disturbance are ongoing.
