A teenager has been charged following the seizure of thousands of pounds worth of heroin and crack cocaine.
Police said the stash was found following reports from members of the public about drug dealing in the George Street area of Aberdeen.
As well as the drugs haul, worth an estimated street value of £7000, £3000 in cash was also seized.
On Thursday, the force said an 18-year-old man had been charged in connection with drug supply offences and was due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.
PC Rob Gordon said: “As a result of information provided by the community a significant quantity of drugs will now not reach our streets.
“Even in the current crisis Police Scotland will continue to disrupt the individuals involved in the concern of the supply of drugs.
“We rely on the public to build our intelligence on drug-related issues and I would encourage anyone to report any suspicious activity or concerns of drug-related activity in their area to the police.”
