Fubar NewsFour teenagers were taken to hospital after a one-vehicle crash in Aberdeenshire late Tuesday evening.
The accident, which involved a Vauxhall Corsa, occurred on the A944 Alford to Whitehouse road around 10pm on Tuesday, June 15.
A 17-year-old male passenger was flown by air ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
The other three, one 16-year-old and two 17-year-olds, were also rushed to hospital by ambulance.
The 16-year-old remains in hospital, while the older two were discharged later.
The driver of the car was not taken to hospital. Police Scotland said that enquiries into the cause of the crash were ongoing.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Around 10pm on Tuesday, June 14, police were called to a report of a road crash involving a Vauxhall Corsa on the A944, Alford to Whitehouse road.
“Officers attended and a 17-year-old male passenger was taken by air ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Three other male passengers aged 16, 17 and 17 years were taken by ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, and two of them (17 years old) were later discharged.
“Enquiries into the cause of the crash are continuing.”
