Police confirmed a 16-year-old male has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder on High Street on Saturday, November 16.
He is due to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court on Tuesday, November 19.
A Police Scotland statement read: “A 16-year-old male youth has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder on a 15-year-old boy on High Street, Elgin on Saturday, November 16, 2024.
“He is due to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
