Police ScotlandA third man and a woman have been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a man in Dundee.
Steven Hutton was found seriously injured at a property on Charleston Road on March 30 and was taken Ninewells Hospital where he later died.
Following a post mortem, the 43-year-old’s death is being treated as murder.
Barry Murray appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Tuesday in connection with the death.

A 39-year-old man appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Wednesday in connection with the death.
Police have now confirmed a 27-year-old man and 42-year-old woman have also been charged in connection and are due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday.
