Three men have been charged in connection with an armed robbery following a police chase in Aberdeen.
Officers responded to reports of an armed robbery on Friday on Rowan Road in the city, during which a mobile phone, cash and a vehicle was stolen.
The following day, police located the vehicle on North Anderson Drive around 5pm.
The driver of the vehicle failed to stop for officers, which resulted in a “short” pursuit before the car crashed into street furniture.
No one was hurt following the collision.
The driver, aged 32, and two passengers of the vehicle, men aged 32 and 34, were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
The three men are due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday.
