Three people receive treatment after flat fire in early hours

The fire was extinguished by around 2am on Thursday.

Three people needed medical attention following a fire at a flat in Aberdeen in the early hours of the morning.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service sent four fire appliances to the scene in the Hallfield Road area when the alarm was raised at 12.48am on Thursday.

Three people were moved to safety and were checked over by the Scottish Ambulance Service.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze and left the scene just after 2am.
