Two men and a woman have been left in hospital after being involved in a three-car crash near Elgin.
Emergency services were called to the A96 eastbound near Lhanbryde, after a silver Volvo, a red Land Rover and a black Volkswagen Golf were involved in a crash at around 11.50am on Saturday, April 8.
A man and woman were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment. Another man was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital for treatment.
Their current condition is unknown.
The road was closed for around seven hours and re-opened around 7.20pm.
Sergeant Geoff Smart said: “Our enquiries into the cause of this crash are ongoing.
“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash and who hasn’t already spoken to officers to get in touch.
“I would also ask anyone with dash-cam footage which may help us to contact us.”
