iStockTwo men have been charged with drug offences after a car was pursued by police through Perth.
Officers attempted to carry out a routine stop of a car travelling on Gowans Terrace towards Dunkeld Road at around 9.30pm on Monday.
The vehicle failed to stop, and a chase took place through Crieff Road, Tulloch Road, and several other roads in Perth until the car mounted the pavement on Fairies Road.
Police Scotland said officers recovered quantities of cash, cannabis, and mobile phones.
The driver, a 25-year-old man, and the passenger, a 19-year-old man, were arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences and drug offences.
Reports will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
