Two men are in hospital following a single-vehicle crash on the B9025 in Aberdeenshire.
Emergency services were called out to Deveron Road near Turriff at around 4pm on Sunday.
Police Scotland said a 64-year-old and a 40-year-old were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
A spokesperson said: “Around 4pm on Sunday officers were called to a report of a single-vehicle collision on the B9025, Deveron Road, near Turriff.
“Emergency services attended and two men, aged 64 and 40, were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary by ambulance.
“They will both be reported to the Procurator Fiscal for road traffic offences.”
