Two people have been rescued after a speedboat capsized in Moray.
Emergency services responded to reports of a capsized speedboat off Portknockie around 3.30pm on July 24.
The Buckie RNLI lifeboat, Buckie, Portsoy, Macduff and Burghead Coastguard Rescue Teams responded to the incident.
The coastguard confirmed that two people were recovered from the incident but did not need any medical treatment.
A spokesperson for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency said: “At 3.30pm, July 24, Buckie RNLI lifeboat, Buckie, Portsoy, Macduff and Burghead Coastguard Rescue Teams responded to a speedboat which had capsized off Portknockie.
“Two individuals were recovered and did not require any medical attention.”
