A crash has closed two major roads with drivers urged to “avoid the area”.
Police Scotland issued a warning to motorists that the A941 was closed between Elgin and Lossiemouth at around 8.30pm on Monday.
The B9040 was also closed at the junction with the B9135 just outside of Lossiemouth.
One patient was taken to hospital in Elgin following the crash.
A Police Scotland post on X read: “Motorists are advised to avoid the area.”
A spokesperson for the Scottish Ambulance Service said: “We received a call at 8.12pm on Monday, March 25 to attend a RTC on the A941.
“We dispatched two ambulances to the scene and one patient was transported to Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin.”
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
