iStockA woman has been arrested and charged following an assault at a flat in Dundee.
Emergency services raced to the multi-storey block on Hilltown Terrace at around 12.15am on Sunday. A man at the scene was advised to attend hospital for further assessment.
The 42-year-old woman has been released on an undertaking to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court at a later date.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.15am on Sunday, 11 January, 2026, we received a report of an assault at a property on Hilltown Terrace, Dundee.
“Emergency services attended, and one man was advised to attend hospital.
“A 42-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection and released on an undertaking to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court at a later date.”
