A woman has been charged with murder after a 97-year-old man died in hospital following an attempted robbery.
The elderly man was seriously injured during the incident at a property on Dryburgh Gardens, Dundee on April 25.
He died in hospital a month later on May 25.
Tandy Swinton appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday where she faced a charge of murder and attempted robbery.
The 43-year-old from Dundee made no plea and was remanded in custody.
She is due to appear before court again within the next eight days.
