Google MapsA woman has been taken to hospital and a man arrested following a disturbance in Fife.
Emergency services were called to Cluny Place in Glenrothes at around 9.45pm following reports of an incident.
A 37-year-old woman was transported to hospital for treatment. Officers arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with the disturbance.
An investigation to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident is still ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.45pm on Monday, December 16, 2024, we were called to a report of a disturbance in the Cluny Place area of Glenrothes.
“Emergency services attended and a 37-year-old woman was taken to hospital for treatment.
“A 27-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.”
