Deputy prime minister Oliver Dowden is taking questions from MPs as Rishi Sunak misses PMQs for the second week in a row.
The Tory leader is at a two-day Nato conference in Lithuania where he will meet with Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
Dowden will face questions from Labour’s deputy leader Angela Rayner, who is taking over from Keir Starmer.
It comes as mortgage costs hit their highest level in 15 years.
On Tuesday, the average rates for a two-year fixed deal passed the peak of the mini-budget aftermath, climbing to 6.66%.
