New Prime Minister Liz Truss has made her first appointments to Cabinet after entering No 10.
Kwasi Kwarteng has been named as the new chancellor, while Therese Coffey has been appointed as health secretary and deputy prime minister.
James Cleverly has also been announced as the new foreign secretary.
Suella Braverman has been named as the new home secretary by Truss.
After entering No 10 for the first time as prime minister, Truss made a series of sackings from the previous Cabinet.
Among those most notable, Dominic Raab – who had also been deputy prime minister under Boris Johnson – was sacked as justice secretary.
Grant Shapps also lost his job as transport secretary, while Priti Patel announced her departure as home secretary on Monday evening.
Truss earlier travelled to Balmoral to be appointed as prime minister by the Queen.
In her first speech as Prime Minister outside No 10, Truss pledged to take action on energy bills.
“I will deal hands-on with the energy crisis caused by Putin’s war,” she said.
“I will take action this week to deal with energy bills and to secure out future energy supply.”
