Cases of coronavirus in Scotland have risen from 85 to 121, with the death toll in the UK standing at 21.
The Scottish Government’s daily update has revealed the sharpest rise across the country in a day, with an increase of 36.
A total of 3715 Scottish tests have been carried out, of which 3594 were negative.
Scotland and the rest of the UK and Ireland will now be added to the US travel ban from Europe, as they look to deal with the outbreak.
At a press conference President Donald Trump said: “We actually already have looked at it and that is going to be announced.”
In Scotland NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde has the highest number of cases of coronavirus, with the figure being recorded as 31.
