A further 39 people who have tested positive for coronavirus have died in the past 24 hours.
It brings the total number of people who have died after testing positive for the virus to 8760.
Figures released by the Scottish Government on Thursday revealed there were 2691 new cases reported overnight, with the test positivity rate now standing at 6.8%.
There are currently 980 patients who have tested positive for Covid-19 in hospital, with 69 of those in intensive care.
Meanwhile 4,235,075 people have now received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccination, with 3,854,847 having received their second dose.
