There have been 4241 new cases of coronavirus reported in Scotland in the past 24 hours.
According to figures published by the Scottish Government on Monday, 1048 patients in hospital had tested positive for the virus, an increase of 29, with 90 of those in intensive care, an increase of two.
In the previous 24 hours, 40,749 new tests were taken with the proportion of positive test results falling slightly from 11.5% to 11.3%.
However, the Scottish Government said that due to IT issues, figures released on Monday were likely to be an “underestimate of the total tests and cases”, with affected data included in Tuesdays reports.
There were no new reported deaths, however register offices are usually closed on weekends.
As of Monday, 4,142,783 people have received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccination, with 3,785,214 having received a second dose.
