Scotland has recorded a further 10 deaths of coronavirus patients in the past 24 hours, according to government figures.
There were 985 people in hospital, up eight since Friday, and 83 people in intensive care, an increase of one over the last 24 hours.
Statistics published on Saturday showed 4298 new cases of the virus had been reported.
On Friday, 22 deaths of those who had recently tested positive for Covid-19 were recorded – the biggest daily rise since July.
The latest estimates from the Office for National Statistics suggested Scotland is seeing its highest level of Covid infection since estimates began.
On Saturday, the proportion of tests that returned a positive result dropped slightly from 11.1% to 10.9%.
Government figures show 4,137,710 people have received their first dose of the Covid vaccination and 3,769,320 have received their second jab.
