A further 1237 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the last 24 hours, according to new figures.
On Sunday, figures released by the Scottish Government showed that 480 people were in hospital with the virus, an increase of two from yesterday, with 64 of those in intensive care, an increase of four.
There were no new deaths reported, however register offices are usually closed on weekends.
It means the death toll under the daily measure – of people who first tested positive for the virus within the previous 28 days – remains at 7859.
The test positivity rate currently stands at 7.5%, up from 6.1% the previous day.
The latest figures show that 3,997,105 people have received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccination and 3,079,492 have received their second dose.
The Scottish Government added that Public Health Scotland (PHS) have not received data from NHS Tayside laboratories since Friday afternoon.
PHS are currently working with NHS Tayside to resolve this issue.
