Heavy rain and strong winds are set to batter parts of Scotland with the Met Office issuing a yellow weather warning.
The alert, which comes into force at 9am on Saturday, covers Dumfries and Galloway, East Lothian, and the Scottish Borders.
Forecasters have warned that rainfall may lead to flooding and travel disruption in some areas.
The warning will expire at 6am on Sunday.
Between 20 to 40mm of rain is expected to fall widely, with some locations possibly seeing between 75 to 100mm of rain.
From mid-Saturday onwards, increasingly strong gusty winds will also accompany the rainfall, further increasing the risk of disruption. There may also be occurrences of thunder.
The Met Office warned that during the alert there is a small chance of fast flowing or deep floodwater causing danger to life.
