The price of a Tesco meal deal has increased as food prices soar across the country.
The supermarket has bumped up the cost of a main, snack and drink from £3.60 to £3.85 for Clubcard holders.
Those without the loyalty card will see the price increase from £4 to £4.25.
The price of the premium meal deal has also gone up, from £5 to £5.50 for those with a Clubcard and £6 for those without.
The changes came into effect on Thursday.
Tesco previously upped the cost of the deal in October 2022 when it went from £3 to £3.50 for non-Clubcard members.
It marked the first time the popular lunch option had gone over £3 for all customers and came at a time when food prices were rising at their fastest rate in 40 years.
The latest price changes come as UK inflation rose by more than expected in July as demand for summer travel pushed up air fares and food prices continued to climb.
Consumer Prices Index (CPI) inflation increased to 3.8% in July, from 3.6% in June, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said.
Food price inflation has continued to climb, up 4.9% on last year, with items such as coffee, fresh orange juice, meat and chocolate seeing the biggest rises.
