A weather warning for snow and strong winds has been issued for Boxing Day across parts of Scotland.
The Met Office said to expect some roads and railways to be affected causing longer journey times.
Electricity and others services could also be affected, with temporary power cuts possible.
Areas of West Dunbartonshire, Stirling, Perth and Kinross, Dumfries and Galloway, the Borders, South and East Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire and the Lothians are due to be affected from just after midnight until midday on December 26.
The Met Office warned anyone travelling on Christmas night or Boxing Day to be cautious.
It comes as some Scots woke to a white Christmas.
In the central belt, there was only around a 12% chance of seeing snowfall on the ground, as STV meteorologist Sean Batty explained.
