A woman has been taken to hospital after being hit by a van in Stranraer.
The crash happened on the town’s Park Lane at around 10.30am on Saturday morning.
Emergency services attended and the woman was taken to hospital for treatment.
Park Lane remains closed along with Agnew Crescent from King Street and Sheuchan Street from Seabank Road.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.30am on Saturday, 3 January, we received a report of a crash on Park Lane in Stranraer involving a pedestrian and a van.
“Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a woman, was taken to hospital.”
