West Ham striker Albian Ajeti has travelled to Glasgow to finalise the details on a move to Celtic.
The 23-year-old, his representatives and club have been in negotiations for some time over a move to Parkhead and he is now close to completing the transfer.
Ajeti would add to Neil Lennon’s attacking options after Voukoun Bayo signed for Toulouse on loan. Odsonne Edouard remains first choice at the club with Patrik Klimala and Leigh Griffiths in reserve.
Ajeti moved to West Ham from Basel in 2019 after scoring 29 goals in 58 games.
The Kosovo-born Switzerland international made nine appearances for David Moyes’ side last season but failed to find the net.
