Nat Phillips returns to the Celtic defence and Joe Hart is back in goal after Brendan Rodgers revealed his team to face Lazio in the Champions League.
Cameron Carter-Vickers has returned from injury and is fit enough to be named among the substitutes.
The Scottish champions are looking to bounce back from opening day defeat to Feyenoord and get their first group points but face a tough task against the team who finished second in Serie A last season.
Phillips and Hart are the only two changes from the side that won at Motherwell last weekend with two late goals, and Rodgers is hoping for another memorable European night.
Hart is in goal with Greg Taylor, Liam Scales, Phillips and Alistair Johnston making up a four-man defence.
Captain Callum McGregor, Reo Hatate and Matt O’Riley are in midfield, while Yang and Daizen Maeda are in the wide positions either side of striker Kyogo Furuhashi.
Scott Bain, Joe Morrison, Luis Palma, David Turnbull, Oh, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Tomoki Iwata, Paulo Bernardo, James Forrest, Anthony Ralston and Mikey Johnston are on the bench.
Gustaf Lagerbielke and Odin Thiago Holm are both suspended after being sent off in the 2-0 defeat to Feyenoord on matchday one.
